Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations for Procare Unlimited
- Strengthen program performance and support teams delivering essential services
- Hire, train, and develop the program-level management team
- Build strong relationships with contracted partners
- Monitor and drive performance metrics related to clinical operations and service delivery
- Lead onboarding and operational rollout of new business acquisitions and program launches
- Ensure all programs meet or exceed established budgets and revenue targets
- Conduct internal quality control visits and quarterly audits within the region
- Oversee payer and state reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Participate in QA/QI and HRC processes to uphold client rights and support continuous improvement
- Develop and submit clinical field updates for policy and handbook revisions
- Evaluate Regional Managers and Program Directors across the footprint.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare; HCBS experience strongly preferred
- Substantial P&L experience required
- Highly driven, organized leader who aligns with our mission, vision, and values

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams
- Understanding of ISP implementation, task analysis, and goal writing
