About the role
- Vice President of Clinical Operations leading clinical operations at Abound Health, strengthening program performance and guiding operational excellence in Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations and strengthen program performance
- Support teams delivering essential services to individuals receiving Innovations Waiver or State-Funded supports
- Guide operational excellence and ensure quality outcomes
- Hire, train, and develop the program-level management team
- Build strong relationships with contracted partners
- Monitor and drive performance metrics related to clinical operations and service delivery
- Lead onboarding and operational rollout of new business acquisitions and program launches
- Ensure all programs meet or exceed established budgets and revenue targets
- Conduct internal quality control visits and quarterly audits within the region
- Oversee payer and state reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Participate in QA/QI and HRC processes to uphold client rights and support continuous improvement
- Develop and submit clinical field updates for policy and handbook revisions
- Evaluate Regional Managers and Program Directors across the footprint.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare; HCBS experience strongly preferred
