Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
Provide key administrative and compliance support to clinical teams, DSPs, and clients.
Assist QPs with SAR submissions, progress summaries, and record audits.
Monitor and maintain accurate DSP and client records in compliance with regulations.
Track missing DSP notes and timesheets; communicate with DSPs to resolve issues.
Assist with DSP training schedules, certifications, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment.
Organize staff, caregiver, and client events and create monthly calendars.
Conduct emergency drills, inspections, and maintain required documentation.
Support CPR/First Aid trainings and internal quality follow-ups.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of administrative, office management, or related experience.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software and comfort with database systems (e.g., OnTarget).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required.
Must be 18+, have a valid drivers license, and pass background checks.
