About the role

  • Team Support Specialist managing operations and compliance support for clinical teams at Abound Health. Ensuring smooth daily office operations for Boone and Wilkes locations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Provide key administrative and compliance support to clinical teams, DSPs, and clients.
  • Assist QPs with SAR submissions, progress summaries, and record audits.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate DSP and client records in compliance with regulations.
  • Track missing DSP notes and timesheets; communicate with DSPs to resolve issues.
  • Assist with DSP training schedules, certifications, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize staff, caregiver, and client events and create monthly calendars.
  • Conduct emergency drills, inspections, and maintain required documentation.
  • Support CPR/First Aid trainings and internal quality follow-ups.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative, office management, or related experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and comfort with database systems (e.g., OnTarget).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required.
  • Must be 18+, have a valid drivers license, and pass background checks.
