Responsibilities
Assist Qualified Professionals (QPs) with SAR submissions, progress summaries, MAR follow-ups, and record audits
Monitor and maintain accurate DSP and client records in compliance with Medicaid and agency regulations
Track missing DSP notes and timesheets; communicate with DSPs to resolve issues
Assist with DSP training schedules, certifications, and onboarding processes
Submit and track DSP status changes and troubleshoot OnTarget and LMS system issues
Provide local recruitment and onboarding support
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment
Manage inbound communications and assist visitors
Organize staff, caregiver, and client events and create monthly calendars (Day Program, if applicable)
Conduct emergency drills, inspections, and maintain required documentation (e.g., Hazard Communication Binder)
Support CPR/First Aid trainings and internal quality follow-ups
Attend staff huddles and provide feedback to the clinical team
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of administrative, office management, or related experience
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software and comfort with database systems (e.g., OnTarget)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required
Must be 18+, have a valid drivers license, and pass background checks
