About the role

  • Legal Assistant providing essential administrative support in Abion’s Brand & Legal Department while learning about intellectual property and trademark processes. A foundational role for career growth within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative and operational support within Abion’s Brand & Legal Department
  • Ensure that documents, deadlines, and case-related data are handled accurately and on time
  • Work closely with Paralegals and Attorneys, assisting in the preparation of documents, correspondence, and filings
  • Handle sensitive client and case information, ensuring strict confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to Abion’s ethical standards

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, document management systems, etc.)
  • Previous experience of working in a administratively heavy role where they have been supporting others with a service.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Interest in intellectual property, trademarks, and legal administration
  • Willingness to learn internal systems
  • Service-minded and collaborative attitude with a professional approach
  • High level of accuracy and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and work reliably under supervision
  • Proactive and curious mindset, eager to grow within the Brand & Legal Department
