Responsibilities
From day one you will be a fully integrated team member and gain in-depth insight into a Legal Tech company at the intersection of law and innovation.
Provide legal advice by telephone to corporate clients in the area of claims handling.
Support and independently handle litigation (from preparation through to the court hearing).
Focus areas: traffic law, general civil law and civil procedure.
Contribute to the design and optimization of our digital processes in the area of legal enforcement.
Requirements
First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) with above-average results.
Strong interest in the digitization of legal workflows (Legal Tech).
Motivation to gain litigation experience and to provide direct client support.
At the time of the station you must be completing your Referendariat in the Free State of Saxony (Higher Regional Court districts: Leipzig or Chemnitz, Bautzen, Dresden) or in the state of Saxony-Anhalt (Higher Regional Court districts: Halle/Dessau).
