Responsibilities
Responsible for the market-leading Coronary product portfolio of Abbott Medical within the Vascular Business Unit in the DACH region
Manage and further develop existing products across the entire product life cycle – from launch to phase-out
Develop, implement and roll out local marketing and market-entry strategies in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze market, customer and competitor data to derive well-founded product and industry strategies
Manage product and planning processes, competitive analyses and sales forecasting
Adapt global EMEA strategies to local market requirements and contribute to international, cross-functional project teams
Coordinate briefings for agencies and service providers and oversee implementation
Support the sales organization through user trainings, workshops and congresses
Translate complex content into clear customer benefits, compelling value propositions and a consistent customer journey
Collaborate with the Training department to develop and deliver product-specific trainings
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in product management, marketing or a commercial role – ideally in the MedTech, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
Strong understanding of clinical applications, medical products and complex decision-making processes
Experience in developing and implementing marketing and product strategies
Analytical strength, strategic thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
