• Web Product Manager at Codeway working on web product for Learna AI with a data-driven approach. Collaborating with teams to optimize user funnels and growth performance.

Responsibilities

• Systematically analyzing big data sets to answer questions that will drive different product roadmaps and create impactful results.
• Periodically re-prioritizing the Product Backlog considering business priorities as communicated by the Executive Team.
• Clearly articulating the business value to product teams and ensuring they understand the intent behind every new product or release.
• Taking part in every aspect of Learna’s web product, from brainstorming new features to launching updates.
• Driving alignment across cross-functional teams, guiding the product journey from concept to launch with clear communication.
• Understanding the needs and perspectives of different teams by working closely with data, marketing, QA, and executive teams.
• Continuously benchmarking, monitoring, and understanding market needs, competition, user requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Iterating with A/B tests and making data-driven product decisions to optimize UX/UI and monetization.
• Optimizing and tracking monetization channels to improve LTV.
• Monitoring ongoing tasks, validating progress, and ensuring timelines stay on track.

Requirements

• Relevant background. You bring experience in product management, with a strong focus on web products, as well as digital products or a related field. A technical foundation is a strong advantage.
• Curiosity for AI and digital products. You’re interested in how AI, marketing, and product innovation intersect and motivated to build impactful products.
• Strong analytical thinking. You’re comfortable working with data, experiments, and product metrics, and can break down complex problems into structured decisions.
• Evidence-driven mindset. You rely on research, insights, and data to guide product direction.
• Clear communication. You can effectively communicate ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English. You communicate confidently in both written and spoken English.
