About the role
- Asesor telefónico de ATC Retenciones brindando atención al cliente para Entel Chile con experiencia en call center y habilidades de ventas. Trabajo híbrido con capacitación remota y beneficios corporativos.
Responsibilities
- Recibir llamadas y atender clientes vía telefónica para ofrecer algún beneficio o promoción.
- Brindar soluciones personalizadas, asesorías, y proponer alternativas para mantener a los clientes satisfechos.
Requirements
- Experiencia de 3 meses en cross selling, ventas, atc, cobranzas, etc por call center.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar 8h + 1h break en un rango de 10am a 7pm y descansar un día rotativo semanal.
- Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa hibrido (remoto 3 semanas y presencial 1 semana).
- Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión híbrida al 2do mes.
