About the role
- Asesor telefónico de ATC Cross Selling para Entel Chile recibiendo y atendiendo dudas y consultas de usuarios. Ofreciendo productos móviles u hogar y cerrando ventas.
Responsibilities
- Recibir llamadas de usuarios Entel Chile y atender dudas, consultas para después ofrecer un producto móvil u hogar y cerrar una venta.
Requirements
- Experiencia de 6 meses en cross selling, ventas, atc, cobranzas, etc por call center.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar 8h + 1h break en un rango PM y descansar un día rotativo semanal.
- Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa hibrido (remoto 3 semanas y presencial 1 semana).
- Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión híbrida al 2do mes.
