  • Creates and publishes clear, compelling content and communications

  • Sourcing story and content ideas to create accurate deliverables
  • Collaborates with corporate communications and partners to develop content
  • Monitors and analyzes content performance to improve user experience
  • Establishes and enforces governance policies and content standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of communications experience
  • Excellent attention to detail along with superb writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to deliver against tight deadlines and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly flexible and curious
  • Strategic problem solver
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in technology utilized to communicate effectively such as Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Salesforce
  • Experience with analytics tools and user experience design preferred
