About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for revenue growth and client relationships in the DACH region. Driving strategic initiatives for 4screen's success as an in-car marketing leader.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of potential clients: Approaching strategically important local companies and leading brands.
  • Relationship management: Building close relationships with decision-makers and offering tailored solutions.
  • Product presentations: Leveraging the full product portfolio to demonstrate value in a customized way.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Closely coordinating with various teams to generate leads and produce marketing materials.
  • Reporting: Maintaining oversight of sales activities, the pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Process optimization: Promoting the exchange of best practices and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience, ideally in media or mobile advertising.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the DACH region, including customer preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience across the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Proactive, target-oriented working style and a good understanding of online formats, benchmarks, and KPIs.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
