About the role

  • Account Executive DACH responsible for the entire sales cycle to grow 4screen's in-car marketing channel in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Building strategic client relationships and executing acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Central sales role: You take ownership of the entire sales process and the strategic growth of your markets.
  • Full sales cycle: You manage the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach and presentations through negotiations to successful closes with new brand and agency partners.
  • Pipeline building: You develop and implement an effective acquisition strategy (email, cold calling, networking) to build a strong, qualified pipeline.
  • Market development: You act as a key ambassador for 4screen, communicate our mission, and raise market awareness of the value of the new digital in-car channel.
  • Strategic work: In close collaboration with the leadership team, you design and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region.
  • Exceed targets: You consistently meet and ideally exceed your quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead negotiations: You lead contract negotiations confidently and build sustainable, long-term partnerships.
  • Representative of 4screen: You represent the company at major industry events and organize roadshows to meet partners and clients in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria in person.
  • Internal collaboration: You work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Early professional experience (up to 5 years) in an inside, outbound and/or field sales position or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-growing, dynamic company (technology, consumer goods, or hospitality).
  • Experience identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and successfully closing contracts.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-initiative.
  • Prior experience specifically in the ad-tech or digital media industry is a plus.
