Requirements
Management of real estate transactions — independently handling purchase and sale processes (share and asset deals) from due diligence and contract negotiations through to closing.
Market and location analyses — identifying and evaluating investment opportunities (residential, office, logistics, retail), including site analysis, cash-flow modelling and business case development.
Creation of investment and financing models — developing and analysing complex profitability calculations (DCF, IRR, return metrics) in close cooperation with Controlling, financing partners and senior management.
Management of external service providers and internal interfaces — coordinating appraisers, legal counsel and technical consultants, and liaising with internal departments such as Asset Management, Project Development and Finance.
