Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for the Europe region.
Partner closely with global and regional business leaders, People Partners, and Centres of Excellence to drive strategic hiring.
Enhance candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand in the region.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists across Europe.
Ensure recruitment KPIs are met consistently and maintain recruitment compliance with GDPR and regional labour regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multi-country-level recruitment in Europe.
Proven experience hiring for technology and digital product engineering talent.
Strong understanding of European hiring practices, employment laws, and talent market dynamics.
