About the role

  • Marketing Operations Specialist improving operational efficiency in consumer business at 3M. Managing material creation processes, supporting marketing tasks and executing project management duties.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate the regional end-to-end material creation process
  • Identify and resolve workflow delays
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of material creation processes and master data governance
  • Work closely with Marketing and other teams to expedite requests
  • Create purchase requisitions (PR) and raise purchase orders (POs) using SAP
  • Generate reports and metrics using existing dashboards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional working experience
  • Relevant experience in Material Management (MM) in SAP
  • Has relevant knowledge on using the SAP – SRM for PO raising
  • Experience with metrics and reporting
  • Knowledge of process and tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or a three-years professional degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • English is required, and Korean or Japanese is an advantage.
