About the role

  • As a Functional Analyst at 2CX, bridge business and tech, driving customer experience innovations through smart solutions. Collaborate on strategic projects enhancing processes for client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, map, and document business and functional requirements;
  • Define and model processes and workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency;
  • Support project planning and execution, working closely with technical and business teams;
  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Participate in strategic meetings to align expectations, deadlines, and deliverables;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
  • Experience in requirements analysis and systems documentation
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
  • Strong communication skills, analytical ability and ease working in a team
  • Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools, such as BPMN.
