You support (SaaS) applications within our company.
You install, configure and set up standard software.
You document and design digital business processes.
You analyze data, prepare data and migrate it.
You develop automations for everyday tasks.
You connect standard solutions via interfaces.
You handle troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Requirements
You are proficient with Excel and have experience working with APIs.
You work in a structured, conscientious manner and are able to communicate effectively.
You enjoy structured work and think in terms of recurring processes and systems — or want to develop in that direction.
Your strengths lie in analytical and independent thinking.
Ideally, you have experience with the following software solutions: Zapier, Integromat (Make), HubSpot, Close CRM, G Suite, Slack (or comparable tools).
