Senior Microsoft Workplace Engineer providing solutions and support for Microsoft 365 services in Swiss market. Collaborating with customers to enhance digital workplace culture and services offered.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships and provide excellent customer service
Ensure user and business needs are met, from governance definition to service implementation within the Office 365 scope: Microsoft Endpoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, migration planning and execution
Anticipate user needs by driving innovation through the development and implementation of a consistent Office 365 roadmap
Serve as the technical point of contact for our customers and support our managed services as a 3rd-level engineer
Document processes and procedures, and support the definition of standards
Perform scheduled maintenance during and outside business hours
Provide technical support to our sales team
Consultancy and solution design
Conduct customer workshops
Requirements
Completed IT training in system engineering with a federal VET diploma (EFZ), System Technician HF, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
Strong technical skills, especially in the following product and technology areas
Additional Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience is a strong asset
Broad IT knowledge in infrastructure and networking (more of a generalist than a specialist)
High degree of independence, resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn
Structured working style and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Friendly personality, confident presence in customer situations and ability to work in a team
Willingness to work in a changing environment, dive into new topics continuously and develop professionally
Enjoy traveling
Excellent German skills; good English and French skills, spoken and written (B2 level or higher)
