Responsibilities
Development, operation and debugging of the SIP/VoIP platform
Analysis and optimization of complex call flows to ensure quality and scalability
Monitoring and maintenance of telecom core systems (SBCs, trunks, telephony platforms)
Troubleshooting performance, quality, and stability issues
Support for incident management, escalations, and root-cause analyses
Requirements
Solid hands-on knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP architectures
Experience with trunking (SIP trunks), Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and telecommunications/telephony platforms
Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting ability for complex systems
Resilience and reliability in critical incident situations
German language skills at C1 level or higher, plus fluent English
At least 1 year of relevant experience with VoIP/SIP
