- Explore AI contributions on topics such as: real estate programming, space usage analysis, and change management for real estate projects
- Contribute to the development of offers or innovative approaches that integrate AI into our consulting engagements
- Design proofs of concept (POCs) or prototypes of AI-enabled tools
- Test and experiment with various tools (LLMs, APIs, automation, no-code/low-code)
- Participate in the creation of demonstrators for clients or commercial proposals
- Help integrate AI into our consulting methodologies
- Assist in preparing pre-sales materials and commercial proposals
- Contribute to the production of content (notes, benchmarks, articles, demonstrators) on AI use cases in real estate and new ways of working
Requirements
- You are a student at a top engineering school, business school, or university
- You are passionate about AI, automation, and innovative tools
- Comfortable with: Generative AI (e.g., Copilot)
- Prompt engineering
- Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Development (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
- Prototyping (e.g., Replit or Lovable)
- Collaborative tools (notably SharePoint and Azure)
- Production deployment on Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, Vercel, etc.)
- Able to read, understand, and debug code
- Basic knowledge of security, access governance, and software quality (SSO, permission management, GDPR)
- A first experience (internship or personal project) developing tools, automations, or prototypes (Python, APIs, no-code/low-code, scripts) is an asset
- Experience deploying AI applications/assistants in a professional environment is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong preference for collaborative work and supporting teams
