Serve as the main contact for warranty decisions on products like electric motors, inverters, and eAxles for international clients.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Quality, Order Management, Repair Shop, and Operations.
Develop strong technical knowledge of products to support accurate warranty decisions and reporting.
Analyze technical input from stakeholders to prepare final warranty decisions for customers.
Manage warranty claim contracts across multiple international customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and occasionally assist with diagnostics on products, vehicles and systems, always prioritizing safety.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in field service engineering.
Solid technical background, particularly in electric motors, inverters, and automotive systems.
Intermediate-level professional experience, ideally including customer-facing roles such as Call Center Representative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear customer reports.
Skilled in building effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Highly accountable and reliable in meeting deadlines and commitments.
Proactive in personal and professional development through both formal and informal learning opportunities.
