About the role

  • Customer Base Analyst in the energy sector, enhancing customer value models and data processes. Collaborating in a hybrid working environment to support sustainable energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Further develop the customer value model
  • Analyze product-switch simulations
  • Assess portfolio effects
  • Create event logs for process mining
  • Ensure data availability and data quality

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SQL and Python
  • Extensive experience with Snowflake and associated ETL processes such as dbt, Airflow and Git
  • Very good knowledge of Power BI
  • In-depth knowledge of the VDWH data landscape and the established databases
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to present complex topics understandably; fluent in German (C1) and confident in English (B2)
