About the role

VP Product executive transforming Markt-Pilot into a data-rich SaaS platform. Leading product strategy, design, and operations while enhancing product maturity and market adoption.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Markt-Pilot’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close partnership with the CPTO and leadership team.
Lead and scale the Product Management, Product Design, and (potentially) Product Operations functions - building a world-class, outcome-driven organization.
Translate market trends, customer insights, and company goals into a clear roadmap that drives adoption, retention, and business impact.
Establish product operating systems that improve focus, velocity, and quality - from planning and prioritization to release and feedback loops.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality, scalable delivery.
Champion a customer-centric culture of discovery, transparency, and measurable outcomes across the product organization and the company.

**Strategic Product Leadership:** Proven experience defining and executing product strategy that aligns with growth, retention, and revenue goals in a B2B SaaS environment.
**People & Organizational Leadership:** Strong track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing Product and Design teams with clear accountability and empowerment.
**Operational Excellence:** Ability to design and implement product operating frameworks that enhance focus, predictability, and delivery quality.
**Customer & Market Fluency:** Deep understanding of enterprise workflows and ability to translate insights and data into differentiated, user-centric product experiences.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Trusted partner to Engineering, Design, and GTM teams, driving clarity and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
**Analytical & Technical Acumen:** Data-driven mindset with comfort leading AI- and data-rich SaaS products, ensuring decisions are guided by insight and evidence.
