About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care for residents according to the care concept
- Support residents requiring mechanical ventilation in daily life and during events/celebrations
- Monitor vital signs through intensive patient observation

- Instruct residents and involve relatives in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse in geriatric, pediatric, or general health and nursing care
- Qualifications in intensive care are a plus but not required
