About the role

  • Lead Fieldwire’s global sales organization and drive performance across all regions
  • Define and execute scalable GTM strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across SDR, AE, and AM, Revops functions
  • Ensure global sales process consistency including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement best practices
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver aligned revenue outcomes
  • Serve as the face of Fieldwire in key customer engagements, executive meetings, and industry events
  • Inspire a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and performance while leveraging Hilti’s global infrastructure to scale Fieldwire’s reach

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales organizations
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue within a company in the $100M-$250M+ range
  • Experience in both mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales motions
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, enablement, and process rigor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with global reach
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
