Responsibilities
Lead Fieldwire’s global sales organization and drive performance across all regions
Define and execute scalable GTM strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers
Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across SDR, AE, and AM, Revops functions
Ensure global sales process consistency including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement best practices
Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver aligned revenue outcomes
Serve as the face of Fieldwire in key customer engagements, executive meetings, and industry events
Inspire a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and performance while leveraging Hilti’s global infrastructure to scale Fieldwire’s reach
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales organizations
Proven track record of scaling revenue within a company in the $100M-$250M+ range
Experience in both mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales motions
Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, enablement, and process rigor
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-cultural teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with global reach
