Requirements
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in internal communications, or related fields within a global organization — ideally in media, entertainment, or technology.
Proven success in leading enterprise-wide communications and strategies that drive culture, alignment, and performance.
Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
Deep understanding of employee experience, change management, and organizational development.
Experience leading employee listening programs and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Strong strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational execution.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
