About the role

Responsibilities
- Work directly with the leaders of the Workplace Investing business to set communications strategies and messaging
- Lead, design, and execute impactful communications programs and events
- Guide members of the senior leadership team toward best practices in executive communications

- Collaborate with key business partners like HR, Strategy & Planning, Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience as a communications professional
- Expertise across executive, internal, and external communications
- Experience executing large-scale internal, and external events
- Financial services and technology background preferred
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Excellent program management and planning skills
- Content strategist with exceptional storytelling skills across various media/channels
- Ability to lead the creation of audience-first event communications strategies
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented
- Innovative thinker with a desire to continuously learn
- Strength in change management
