About the role

  • Work directly with the leaders of the Workplace Investing business to set communications strategies and messaging
  • Lead, design, and execute impactful communications programs and events
  • Guide members of the senior leadership team toward best practices in executive communications
  • Play a lead role in the development and execution of business communications
  • Collaborate with key business partners like HR, Strategy & Planning, Finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience as a communications professional
  • Expertise across executive, internal, and external communications
  • Experience executing large-scale internal, and external events
  • Financial services and technology background preferred
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
  • Excellent program management and planning skills
  • Content strategist with exceptional storytelling skills across various media/channels
  • Ability to lead the creation of audience-first event communications strategies
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented
  • Innovative thinker with a desire to continuously learn
  • Strength in change management
  • Independent and consultative – able to provide strategic recommendations
