Responsibilities
Lead marketing initiatives that support acquisition, activation, usage, and retention of independent dental practices
Develop and execute omni-channel marketing plans tailored to independent practices, aligning with CareCredit and dental business objectives
Collaborate with sales leadership to segment and prioritize resources to maximize growth opportunities
Develop and present marketing strategies, quarterly business reviews, and annual marketing calendars to stakeholders
Leverage research, analytics, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and action plans
Design and deploy B2B and B2B2C marketing programs that drive new provider and consumer accounts and volume growth
Support client education and training programs that empower independent practice teams to enhance customer financial experiences
Innovate offers, pricing, and promotional campaigns to increase CareCredit usage and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with H&W marketing functions, analytics, finance, and agency teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking
Lead cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across multiple levels of management
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in marketing
Minimum of 7 years’ experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
At least 2 years of client-facing experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Experience in consumer marketing
Willingness to travel up to 20%
You must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer will not sponsor employment visas
