About the role

  • Marketing Intern supporting daily activities of the Baldwin Marketing team. Gaining hands-on experience in marketing and sales functions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Craft creative briefs to develop marketing assets and sales tools
  • Support the development of training presentations and business reviews
  • Manage marketing collateral deployment in collaboration with the sales team
  • Assist, coordinate, and develop strategies and materials to support regional tradeshows and customer events
  • Learn and support the display development, fabrication, and execution process
  • Support cross departmental projects, leading communications and follow ups with key stakeholders
  • Learn and implement new program management tools to support marketing operations and new product launches

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field
  • Motivated self-starter committed to learning the ins and outs of Marketing or Sales
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in a professional setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Willingness to study reference materials, ask questions and resolve problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to grow from constructive feedback
  • Ability to prioritize with excellent follow-through and task completion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams
