About the role

  • Head of Marketing responsible for leading marketing strategies for a loyalty platform focused on growth and brand experience. Managing multi-channel campaigns and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the company's marketing initiatives, aligning plans and campaigns with business objectives, market conditions, and consumer behavior.
  • Will oversee multi-channel campaigns, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of results, with a strong focus on growth, brand positioning, and customer experience.
  • The role requires both strategic and hands-on involvement in Growth initiatives, experimentation, measurement of results, and scalability, as well as leadership of teams and management of strategic vendors to support BonifiQ's growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing
  • Leadership experience, with direct and formal people management
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience in software companies or B2B services focused on retail
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including: SEO and SEM; social media; email marketing; content marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in traditional marketing
  • Strategic mindset with practical execution skills (hands-on)
  • Strong data orientation, metrics and performance focus, and result-driven decision making
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage high-performance vendors
