About the role
- Lead the visual evolution of the LEAP brand across Australia and New Zealand
- Build on existing assets to establish a comprehensive visual identity (shapes, tones, visual language)
- Create high-impact graphics and illustrations for websites, marketing materials, events, banners, booth designs, and product launches
- Develop visual identity for vertical products, including logos and cohesive visual styles
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video, team headshots, and motion graphics (content under 30 seconds)
- Experiment with AI-driven design tools and new technologies to push creative boundaries
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and vertical teams to ensure consistent creative vision
- Act as the lead creative voice, presenting and inspiring creative direction across the business
Requirements
- Standout portfolio showcasing clean, modern, impactful aesthetic across digital, print, and motion
- Proactive, self-directed creative mindset; ability to develop bold concepts independently
- Proficient in design, video and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro)
- Videography skills: film, edit, and produce short-form video and team headshots
- Ability to translate complex software concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest visuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills; confident leading visual direction
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Curious about new design technologies and AI and eager to experiment
