Contribute to website updates and refreshes, ensuring visual alignment with messaging and user experience goals.
Partner with UX, SEO, and analytics teams to improve visual impact and conversion paths.
Support quarterly impact reporting by contributing visual elements that enhance storytelling and data presentation.
Adaptability – adjust design approaches and priorities quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and explore new trends and tools to continuously enhance visual impact.
Apply brand systems and visual principals to create assets that drive engagement and support business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or related field
3+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, preferably in a marketing or brand-focused environment
Demonstrated expert-level visual design skills with a strong portfolio of static digital and print work
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
Experience designing for web, email, social media, print, presentations, and marketing assets
Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion-focused design
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to design optimization.
