About the role

  • Lead Video Editor & Voiceover Coordinator managing solution demonstration video projects for the EXLdata.ai platform, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • This role combines creative leadership with technical expertise in video editing and professional voiceover.
  • The Lead will coordinate with program, sales, and technical teams, manage demo recordings from the EXLdata.ai platform, and ensure final outputs are high-quality, on-brand, and client-ready.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (Postgraduate/Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and voiceover production, ideally within technology, consulting, or SaaS/product demonstration environments.
  • Leadership: At least 2–3 years in a lead/coordinator role, managing creative teams or coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise demos, product walkthroughs, or executive-level presentations.
  • Technical Tools Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Clipchamp, Audacity, ElevenLabs.io, with exposure to tools such as Camtasia, OBS Studio, Final Cut Pro, Descript.
  • Additional: Experience collaborating in global delivery environments, with flexibility to support multi-time zone operations.
