About the role

  • Help deliver a world class HVC loyalty & rewards program
  • Build exceptional relationships with high value clients
  • Introduce a package of benefits for HVCs
  • Analyse and report on the HVC segments
  • Monitor individual customer performance
  • Initiate campaigns for high value customers
  • Manage targets and a budget
  • Maximise and enhance the customer journey
  • Work alongside Product, CS and CRM teams
  • Create and implement a system to monitor customer base
  • Work alongside Marketing and Events teams
  • Proactively make outbound calls to clients
  • Provide regular updates on progress of work/tasks/projects
  • Work closely with the development team

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual level of Spanish and proficiency in English
  • Good skills in Excel and data platforms
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage colleagues indirectly and directly
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and delivering to reach performance KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to present to senior stakeholders
