About the role
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide decision-making across the organization.
- Direct the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Manage the company’s capital structure.
- Analyze merger and acquisition opportunities, including both financial and strategic aspects, including coordinating analysis with the company’s financial sponsors.
- Enhance the company’s credit risk management processes, including establishing policies and standards for the extension of credit.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; experience in franchising, retail, or multi-unit operations is a plus.
- Proven success managing cross-functional finance teams.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling.
- Experience in accounting or structured finance is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership style that drives results while creating a positive team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in Irving or Waco, TX
