About the role

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide decision-making across the organization.
  • Direct the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Manage the company’s capital structure.
  • Analyze merger and acquisition opportunities, including both financial and strategic aspects, including coordinating analysis with the company’s financial sponsors.
  • Enhance the company’s credit risk management processes, including establishing policies and standards for the extension of credit.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; experience in franchising, retail, or multi-unit operations is a plus.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling.
  • Experience in accounting or structured finance is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership style that drives results while creating a positive team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in Irving or Waco, TX
