About the role

  • Manage the escrow administration for techUK.
  • Assist the Finance Team in maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Maintain accurate data on CRM and excel workbook.
  • Send quotes for annual renewals.
  • Process escrow monthly renewals on CRM.
  • Raise and issue sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Posting daily cash and credit card receipts and reconcile.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable ledger.
  • Send reminders for purchase invoices, expenses and credit card approvals.
  • Complete weekly bank reconciliations.

Requirements

  • AAT qualified
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven experience of working in a similar role
  • Basic excel skills
  • Knowledge of Business Central accounting package (desired)
  • Experience of both accounts receivable and accounts payable (desired)
