  • Handle a wide variety of cases for Maine veterans
  • Provide civil legal services ranging from triage to full legal representation
  • Aid in the prevention of homelessness and health-harming social conditions
  • Appear in court for representation in various cases
  • Provide administrative advocacy on civil legal needs
  • Conduct community engagement with veteran service organizations and VA staff

Requirements

  • Admitted to the practice of law in Maine or eligible for licensure with the Maine Bar
  • Ability to practice under MRCP 11 (c)
  • Previous litigation experience preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Maine if currently not residing there
