Vendor Manager overseeing partner relationships and channel strategy for Exclusive Networks. Managing day-to-day operations and revenue targets with Extreme Networks clientele.
Responsibilities
Grow our Extreme Networks account
Understand where the vendor complements the partner’s existing Portfolio
Promote complementary Vendor solutions and articulate the Exclusive Networks value proposition
Working to achieve individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements
Key contact for Extreme Networks within Exclusive Networks, developing relationships at all levels of the vendor organisation and being an extension of the vendor
Training and enablement of Extreme Networks ensuring any accreditations are maintained
Annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendor
Managing key accounts alongside the Exclusive Networks sales team
Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and co-ordinate partner meetings
Requirements
Will have 3+ years of proven sales experience
Have drive and enthusiasm to develop sales and grow the business unit
Proven ability to form, build and farm relationships, network effectively and intelligently
Be target driven and have experience working to KPI’s that map to the business goals
Be highly motivated, with a proactive approach to sales
Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution
Have experience presenting to senior level contacts
Be articulate with a clear communication style and strong presentation skills
Sales reporting and analytical skills
