About the role
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Manager developing and executing UAT strategies for business transformation consultancy. Ensuring compliance with testing standards and seamless execution across projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the UAT strategy and detailed test plan aligned with the programme timeline
- Coordinate with workstream leads and subject matter experts to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate the preparation of test scripts and ensure appropriate test data is in place
- Manage UAT execution, tracking progress, capturing results, and resolving defects
- Support and train business testers to ensure consistency and accuracy in test execution
- Ensure alignment between UAT, business readiness, and training activities

- Formal qualification in testing, business analysis, or project delivery (e.g. ISTQB, BCS)
