Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the UAT strategy and detailed test plan aligned with the programme timeline
Coordinate with workstream leads and subject matter experts to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Facilitate the preparation of test scripts and ensure appropriate test data is in place
Manage UAT execution, tracking progress, capturing results, and resolving defects
Support and train business testers to ensure consistency and accuracy in test execution
Ensure alignment between UAT, business readiness, and training activities

Proven track record of leading UAT within multi-stream transformation programmes
Formal qualification in testing, business analysis, or project delivery (e.g. ISTQB, BCS)
