About the role

  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Share your expertise and passion by guiding and training junior engineers
  • Contribute to the expansion of our transportation practice by assisting in business development activities
  • Leverage your technical prowess to lead the analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for our valued clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in roadway design with progressive project management exposure
  • Oklahoma Professional Engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Oklahoma within 6 months)
  • Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
  • Experience with MicroStation and Geopak /Open Roads
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing communication and project pursuit assistance
