About the role

  • Coordinate downstream B2B transport
  • Prepare the daily downstream transport schedule between continental platforms and BU warehouses
  • Charter trucks while systematically optimizing routes and load fill (m³ / linear meters)
  • Manage transport plans during public holidays
  • Monitor the consistency and reliability of transport planning
  • Verify carrier invoices and ensure escalation of logistics disputes
  • Participate in performance reviews with stakeholders (carriers, digital team, projects)

Requirements

  • Associate degree (Bac+2) in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship or employment) in transport coordination, with a carrier, service provider or shipper
  • Clear understanding of B2B logistics challenges
  • Attention to detail, responsiveness, strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt to complex situations
  • Good command of English (minimum B2)
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT systems
