- Responsible for the timely procurement of vessel space and equipment
- Organizing onward/post‑carriage planning, coordinating with warehouses and issuing handling/dispatch instructions

- Reviewing tax assessments and forwarding information on inspection orders to the responsible customs officer
- Maintaining contact with existing and prospective business partners and reporting accordingly
- Maintaining relevant area data in the ERP system
- Coordinating with colleagues in upstream and downstream stages along the supply chain
Requirements
- Must have: completed training in forwarding/freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, wholesale/foreign trade, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of import customs clearance and all downstream processes
- Meticulous and careful working style
- Good communication skills, including English
- Strong service orientation
- Nice to have: experience with SAP
