About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on business and real estate transactions, including entity formation and governance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.

- Counsel clients on business succession and charitable giving strategies.
- Provide ongoing guidance on corporate, partnership, and individual tax issues.
- Direct and collaborate with paralegals and associates to ensure efficient case management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Oregon State Bar required (Washington admission a plus).
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in business and estate planning law.
- Proven expertise in drafting, negotiation, and client counseling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client matters with independence and professionalism.
