Responsibilities
Implementing the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives
Analyzing the market, competitors and customer needs to identify opportunities
Co-developing and maintaining the product roadmap based on business goals and market requirements
Actively overseeing the product development process from conception to launch
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
Defining and prioritizing requirements and features according to business impact and customer value
Regular communication with customers and stakeholders and translating local requirements into global needs
Presenting product progress and strategy to relevant stakeholders
Ensuring an aligned go-to-market strategy with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
Active stakeholder management and contributing to product-related knowledge sharing
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Law, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
6–7+ years of experience in product management within the software industry
Experience working in an agile environment, e.g., using Agile or Scrum methodologies
Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle (end-to-end)
Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Productboard
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo)
Strong technical affinity and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps and align them with business objectives
Ability to manage multiple products or initiatives in parallel
Solid knowledge of software development processes and cloud-based platforms
Knowledge of the German legal market and LegalTech sector is desirable
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
