About the role
- Trade Solutions Analyst providing technical support for trading platforms at Scope Markets. Involves data analysis, configuration management, and investigation of trading issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, support XC/OZ configurations.
- Perform all online configuration on both the Bridge, Platform, third party applications.
- Monitor overall performance and up time for the eco system with making sure failover procedure on place, for the FIX engine, Liquidity, etc.
- Monitor daily trading activities such as rejections, latency, NOPs, and slippage.
- Monitor Trading Platform related logs and identify any potential issues.
- Supervise, support and train Junior Operations Engineer.
- Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
- Escalate urgent requests with team members.
- Documenting processes and maintain service desk records.
- Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance.
- Involve in trading platform related projects.
- Work on shifts, including night shifts, as required.
Requirements
- Good understanding of the financial markets beneficial, good mathematical ability a must.

- Fluency in MS office.
- Experience in SQL is a plus.
