About the role

  • Leads communications strategy and detailed planning for Boeing Total Rewards benefits programs
  • Partners with HR and other internal stakeholders in support of HR and company priorities
  • Strategically targets communications – internally and externally – to appropriate audiences, keeping the audience at the center of communications initiatives
  • Innovates in communication strategy to ensure approach brings in the best outside thinking and builds on the best internal successes
  • Sets success metrics and measures impact of communications to test and learn, and pivot communications and engagement strategy as needed for impact
  • Develops team members to grow future communications capabilities
  • Promotes first-time quality control, with fine attention to details and process discipline to support: Employee well-being Healthcare and insurance Compensation and incentive programs Retirement programs Workforce actions Employee health services HR benefits delivery systems International benefits delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources and/or Total Rewards programs (compensation and benefits)
  • 5+ years of experience in written and verbal communication skills, to achieve deliverables
  • 5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation (preferred)
