Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
5+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources and/or Total Rewards programs (compensation and benefits)
5+ years of experience in written and verbal communication skills, to achieve deliverables
5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation (preferred)
