About the role

• Gerente de Tecnologia responsável pela infraestrutura em nuvem na Farmácias APP. Liderando equipe e projetos relacionados a cloud e automação de processos.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve cloud environments (Azure and AWS), defining architecture strategies, governance, performance and cost controls;
• Administer networks, VPCs, VPNs, firewalls and load balancers, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity;
• Implement and maintain cloud-native services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure AD, AWS EC2, S3, IAM, RDS and equivalents;
• Ensure information security, access control, identity management and regulatory compliance;
• Oversee the use of containers and orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, promoting automation and scalability;
• Manage relational databases (SQL Server, MariaDB) and integrations with corporate platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform;
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows with Azure DevOps, Git and Jira, ensuring quality and agility in deliveries;
• Implement observability and monitoring with Grafana, Datadog and native solutions, ensuring end-to-end visibility;
• Lead FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs;
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), fostering collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS) and corporate network management;
• Knowledge of cloud-native services, CI/CD automation and observability;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, information security, governance and compliance;
• Experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in technology environments;
• Technical leadership skills, team management and a focus on innovation and operational efficiency;
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), fostering collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
