Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable, and user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external audiences.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on a regular basis, aligned with our two-week sprint cycles.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and usability of documentation.
Continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.
Requirements
3+ years of Technical Writing experience
Experience documenting and communicating complex workflows or processes in a clear and structured way.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for building high-quality documentation that empowers teams and customers.
Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
Comfort working in agile environments and supporting sprint cycles with ongoing documentation updates.
Domain knowledge of capital markets is desirable but not required.
