About the role

• Technical Writer in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS company transforming mortgage capital markets. Collaborate with teams to document complex processes and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and organize process documentation and process flows across internal systems and Polly.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable, and user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external audiences.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on a regular basis, aligned with our two-week sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and usability of documentation.
• Continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Technical Writing experience
• Experience documenting and communicating complex workflows or processes in a clear and structured way.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for building high-quality documentation that empowers teams and customers.
• Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
• Comfort working in agile environments and supporting sprint cycles with ongoing documentation updates.
• Domain knowledge of capital markets is desirable but not required.
