About the role

Responsibilities
- Editorial development and maintenance of content in internal and external knowledge databases (e.g., www.wissenwiki.de, PDM)
- Client consultations: You develop practical, airtight and wind-tight details using pro clima products
- Hygrothermal simulations: Conduct simulations to evaluate constructions and prepare well-founded written assessments
- Content creation: Develop social media posts and technical articles in close cooperation with pro clima application technicians
- Network maintenance: Actively maintain contacts with trade magazine editors to promote our products and expertise
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a master craftsman in carpentry or roofing, as a construction technician, or a degree from a university of applied sciences or university with a construction-related focus
- Additional qualification or experience as a technical writer is desirable
- Advantageous: completed training as a carpenter, joiner or in a comparable building trade
- Excellent German skills and good English skills; additional foreign language skills are a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills and high teamwork capability
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a reliable, structured way of working
